1. App use and license

The app is provided for personal satellite tracking, astronomy exploration, and observation planning. Your App Store license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that license and do not override mandatory consumer rights or applicable Apple terms.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, automate abusive requests, or use it unlawfully. App content and third-party data retain their respective owners’ rights.

2. Accuracy and safe observation

Satellite positions, pass times, visibility, weather, launch schedules, and reentry estimates depend on external data and predictions. They can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and are not guaranteed. The app is not intended for navigation, flight operations, emergency response, or other safety-critical decisions.

Pay attention to your surroundings while using AR and do not use it while driving. Never look directly at the Sun or point unfiltered optical equipment at it. Follow local rules and use appropriate certified solar-viewing equipment when observing the Sun.

3. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase

Satalite Finder Pro offers weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Available products, local prices, billing periods, and any offer conditions are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you pay. Apple charges your Apple Account after confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access generally continues through the paid billing period after cancellation. If a free or discounted trial is offered, the purchase screen states its conditions; cancel at least 24 hours before a free or discounted trial ends to avoid renewal.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time unlock of the app’s Pro entitlement, with no recurring subscription charge. It does not guarantee that the app, third-party data, or every feature will remain available indefinitely. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to restore eligible purchases. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law through reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Availability, privacy, and responsibility

Features and data availability may change, and service interruptions may occur. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security threats. Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and data are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service or complete accuracy. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on predictions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version and effective date appear here; material changes may also be communicated in the app. For questions or support, contact support@satellitetrack.app.
